| What things have gone wrong with the car? | The interior seats and fabric is good but not great. The middle console on the CE is not cloth covered like on the LE model. When accelerating, the steering wheel tries to straighten out, so you have to hold on when accelerating around a curve. | |
| General comments? | I bought the 1999 Toyota Corolla for under $15K. It had just under 15K miles. It looks and drives like a brand new car.I recommend that if you get a Corolla, get the CE or LE model with the Touring package if you can afford it. That way you get the better wheel-covers, wider tires, and a four speed auto tranny instead of three on the VE. | |
