| What things have gone wrong with the car? | engine not as peppy after 200,000. At 6'2" not too roomy, especially in the back. | |
| General comments? | Overbuilt Vehicle!. This car has been through 6 drivers (3 teenage boys) and has 304,000Km. No major maintenance aside usual oil change, brakes and timing belt every 100,000. Still using original clutch! The transmission syncros (2nd and 3rd) are just about finished, but probably from the namy powershiftings and gear grinds. Engine still idles smooth and quiet, no knocks or vibration. Body still looks brand new, but ride is a little loud inside due to weather stripping.. not as tight as before. Excellent car | |
