| What things have gone wrong with the car? | The steering feels numb,Brakes are overassisted and sponge like in feeling. | |
| General comments? | She has the stock Inline 4 DOHC 1.6-litre DOHC 16-valve engine. (4A-F)it takes about 7-8 mins for it to warm up and have power.Cold, it has no juice below 2.5K or so.The stock engine used to make 90Hp @ 6000 RPMI did 2 modifications to it:- Slightly modified intake manifold- Aftermarket 4 barrel carb.Yes, the lower-end motor had a carb,only the 4A-FE and 4A-GE powerplants had injectorsAnyways, her engine now gives approx 130 to 140Hp @ around 5000 RPMIt's much better then stock, actually pretty decent.She gets about 5.2L | |
